My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was clean and big enough for two people with two large backpacks, but it was very small and in bad condition, not like the pictures showed. The bathroom was good, and there was a safe and TV available. The service was a bit of a hit or miss - some staff members were friendly, especially the night caretaker, while others were rude and slow, with vulgar manners. The location was convenient, within walking distance of many tourist attractions, but the staff's behavior was a letdown. The dining experience was a disappointment, with high prices and limited food options. Despite the negatives, the hotel is near Khaosan and close to the river for trips to Wat Arun.
